What does “for research use only” mean?
All of our products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified researchers. They are not for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, food, cosmetics or dietary supplements. By ordering, you confirm you are 21 or older and will handle the materials in a suitable research setting.
How do I find the certificate of analysis for my vial?
Every vial is labelled with a batch number. Search for that batch number or the product name in our COA library to view the full report from the testing laboratory.
How should vials be stored when they arrive?
Store sealed lyophilized vials in a freezer at −20 °C, away from light and moisture. Short-term storage at 2–8 °C is fine. Let a vial reach room temperature before opening it, to limit moisture uptake.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are packed in protective packaging and shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
